A program to encourage all in the Greenwich Community to work toward eliminating racism and embracing diversity.

A YWCA national initiative that enlists the support of all local organizations (businesses, non-profits, religious institutions, schools, etc.) to become “participating sites” and develop their own Stand Against Racism on one particular day of the year. A stand can be anything from a single individual wearing a “Racism Hurts” button to a church sermon to a business breakfast to a structured school assembly
