Meet Kyle Wirtz, Director of Health & Fitness
Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Manhattan College. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association.
Kyle brings his past experience as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, specializing in training for youth and young adults at the New York Sports Club in Ramsey, New Jersey to the YW. He went on to become General Manager of the fitness club and facility as well.
Fitness Center Hours
Monday - Friday: 6 am - 9:30 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 3 pm

At the YW, Health & Fitness means many things. We offer a diverse range of classes, services and training options (with our certified personal trainers) for men and women that enable you to achieve your personal best. Click here for the latest class schedule.
Whether you're interested in enhancing your physical strength, conditioning and endurance - or soothing your mind and body after a long day, the YW has something for all wellness preferences. Come for an adult ballet class followed by 15 minute abs and a sports massage. It's easy to experience all our Fitness Center offers with our Free One Week Trial Pass and reasonable Drop-In Fees.
The YW is a great place to be for kids with a wide range of activities to enjoy and explore. YW Youth program choices include baseball, basketball, gymnastics, tennis, and even ballet (taught by our ABT-certified instructor). All of the YW's Youth Fitness & Sports activities take place in a safe, clean environment and are led by specially trained, caring instructors.
Tour our new Fitness Center for the latest in exercise and weight training equipment. While your here, don't forget to check out the YW Aquatics program and our 25-yard, 6-lane, handicapped-accessible indoor swimming pool.
