Meet Kyle Wirtz, Director of Health & Fitness
Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Manhattan College. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association.
Kyle brings his past experience as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, specializing in training for youth and young adults at the New York Sports Club in Ramsey, New Jersey to the YW. He went on to become General Manager of the fitness club and facility as well.
Fitness Center Hours
Monday - Friday: 6 am - 9:30 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 3 pm

Whether you would like to enhance your physical strength, endurance, or simply soothe your mind and body after a long day, our facility offers a warm and welcoming environment with classes for all wellness preferences and activity levels. Our state-of-the art-facility features a wide selection of professional exercise equipment to help our members meet their goals. In addition to our fitness center, our facility also includes a newly renovated spin studio, gymnasium, two outdoor tennis courts, a warm water indoor pool, and more!
New to our program is MELT, a chemical-free method for managing pain that uses Myofascial Release to reduce chronic pain and improve muscle performance, joint mobility, and overall flexibility. With a variety of group fitness classes ranging from adult ballet, spin, 15-minute abs, and massage therapy, at YWCA Greenwich, we make it easy for our members to find the program that is right for them. Contact us today and ask about our free one-week trial pass, and reasonable day passes that allow non-members and affiliate members to drop in on a fitness class that interests them.

In addition to our adult programs, YWCA Greenwich is a great place for kids to explore health and fitness in a fun and encouraging environment. With a wide range of activities and youth sport programs including baseball, golf, gymnastics, and tennis, as well as more creative courses in yoga, Broadway Song & Dance, and ballet you can be sure your child will learn and enjoy physical wellness, as well as teambuilding skills, and self-confidence in a clean and safe environment led by highly trained and caring instructors.
