Skylight Café
Burke Catering, a well-regarded, full-service food supplier serving the Greenwich and surrounding communities, Operates the Café located in the main lobby. There is a breakfast, lunch, and grazing menu for you and your children, with an emphasis on good and healthy food. The same or a wider variety of adult selections are available for your own parties, whether it be a birthday event at the YWCA or a brunch, dinner party, wedding at your home or off-site catering location.

Place your child (six months or older) in our professional care while you attend classes, work out in the Fitness Center or participate in any activity at the YWCA (You must remain in the YWCA).

Weekly game franchised by American Contract Bridge League. Master points awarded. Players participating in 15 or more games during the year are eligible for YWCA “Player of the Year” awards:

Supervised Bridge with Steve Becker
Duplicate format. Players deal hands and when all tables have played them, the instructor selects the five most interesting hands for chalkboard explanation and discussion. Bring a partner and just drop in.

Gertrude White Art Gallery
The Gertrude White Gallery is home to many of the fine painters and sculptors working in Fairfield County and Westchester. Whether oil, watercolor, or acrylic…whether landscape, portrait, or still life the monthly exhibitions are well attended and received. Each October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the gallery is devoted to themes about abuse and survival. In January, in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the space is filled with art about racial justice. The schedule for other months follows:

Shopping Days at the YWCA offer beautiful one-of-a-kind items and a variety of unusual gifts including crocheted items; decoupage boxes; hand-made purses and accessories; hand-knitted sweaters; jewelry and much more at reasonable prices. Music for Children
Ages Birth Through 14 Years
Classes ongoing through May 2012. Founded in 1973, Mary Ann Hall’s programs is the very best! It is a genuine Music School with a creative curriculum that grows with your child from infancy through age 14.
- Live piano and guitar in every class
- CDs and song books included for toddlers, twos, and threes
- Voice exploration and instruction at all levels
- Piano lessons begin at age four – books included
- Recorder and ukelele lessons begin at age 6
