The YWCA Preschool is located on a beautiful, 6.5 acre, central Greenwich Campus with expanded children’s spaces including the recently opened Kompan Structures and Sand Play Area to go along with Greenwich’s only Water Playground. State-of-the-art classrooms are designed, and continually renovated, specifically to facilitate the learning process of each age and stage of development as the child progresses toward kindergarten.

The Best Curriculum

Our academics are based on Connecticut state guidelines for kindergarten-readiness; but we go beyond that by constantly incorporating the most up-to-date research in child development into our classrooms.

The Best Teachers

Our teachers are specifically recruited because they are both passionate about childhood development and sensitive to each child’s individual personality and talents. Many have Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees.

The Best Schedule

We offer a very flexible schedule to fit your and your child’s needs. Choose the morning session, then the number of days. Add Lunch Bunch. Pick the Extended Day program or the popular Full Day program, 7:30AM – 6:00PM, for working parents.

YWCA Greenwich Preschool programs are licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and comply with regulation standards for health and safety.
