Meet Kyle Wirtz, Director of Health & Fitness
Kyle has more than 15 years experience in the field of health and wellness and sports management. He is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kyle is responsible for all youth gymnastics, dance, golf, tennis and the new YWCA Greenwich baseball team. Kyle is also responsible for the fitness center and group exercise classes, and oversees the ENCORE program and badminton club.
Kyle brings his past experience as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, specializing in training for youth and young adults, at the New York Sports Club in Ramsey, New Jersey to the YW. He went on to become General Manager of the fitness club and facility as well.
Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Manhattan College.

Monday - Friday: 6 am - 9:30 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 3 pm

In addition to our fitness center, our facility also includes a newly renovated spin studio, gymnasium, two outdoor tennis courts, a warm water indoor pool, and more!
The YWCA has group fitness classes that focus on strength and endurance, others that focus on mind and spirit through yoga, and a variety of classes designed specifically for seniors. At YWCA Greenwich we make it easy for our members to find the program that is right for them.
