Holiday tradition continues with Greenwich Town Swimming Championships

Greenwich Time: 24.December.2018: The 18th Annual Greenwich Town Swimming Championships took place, with 60 events being held in age groups from 8-and-under to 15-and-over over three days of friendly, yet, fierce competition among the area teams. For many who share the same hallways in school this is one of the few times all year they see each other in the same pool. “That is what makes this meet so special,” Dolphins coach Nick Cavataro said. “The fact that everyone knows each other, makes the competition that more intense.”

Lynch’s time of 58.76 seconds in the 100 backstroke, 1:06.26 in the 100 breaststroke and 4:25.06 in the IM, were all meet records.
