Spring into Fitness



It's time to shake off the winter doldrums and Spring into Fitness!


On Saturday, April 6, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, YWCA Greenwich will host a fitness extravaganza for adults!

Try a class or classes -- get to know the instructors and all YWCA Greenwich has to offer adults.  Membership special is all available!

YWCA Greenwich is a great place for children, but there is plenty of programs for adults. On April 6, we're going to focus on fitness for adults. 

Bring a friend! Try as many classes as you like. Healthy refreshments will be available to keep you hydrated.

*A game room for children 4 years and older will be supervised while parents workout.

All sample classes will run 20 minutes.  
* Pickle Ball will run between 10am-12pm.
