Greenwich Time: 20.October.2018: Greenwich domestic violence panel: Victims no longer ‘voices in the dark’  A lot has changed since Tracey Thurman was brutally stabbed, beaten and partially paralyzed by her estranged husband in 1983. The disregard Torrington police officers showed for Thurman’s pleas for intervention wouldn’t stand today, Greenwich Police Sgt. Brent Reeves told a crowd at a screening of “A Cry for Help: The Tracey Thurman Story” on Thursday night at the YWCA Greenwich.
